1  销售计划：将销售总监下达的销售任务目标按健康顾问人员和时间进行分解，组织制定团队销售工作计划并执行。
2  业务管理：
2.1负责团队及健康顾问个人业绩进度，督促、辅导目标达成率低的人员分析原因，制定改进方案；
2.2根据客户分配，拜访客户，促成销售，在达成团队销售目标的同时达成个人承担的任务目标；
2.3根据公司销售政策，审核、审定销售顾问的订单合同；
2.4定期回顾检查团队目标达成情况，根据实际情况调整销售策略及内部资源配置；
2.5协调处理健康顾问在客户订单履行过程中发生异常情况，保障订单顺畅执行。
3  客户管理：
3.1协助健康顾问梳理重点客户，加强重点客户的管理和客情维护；
3.2根据业务发展规划，有计划地开发新客户，促进销售增长。
4  团队管理：  
4.1负责管理团队的人力规划，并对拟配置人员进行考核选拔以及对下
4.2负责审核直接下级工作计划，指导监督执行。
5  预算管理：根据销售总监对营销费用比例的分解下发，控制自身销售团队的营销费用。
6  业务学习：
6.1积极参加子公司组织的专业学习和业务培训，提升个人销售技能及团队管理技能；
6.2督导下级健康顾问专业知识和销售技能的学习，提升团队整体能力。
7  临时工作：负责完成上级领导安排的其他临时性工作。
Sales manager:
 1 sales plan: decompose the sales task target assigned by the sales director according to the health consultants and time, organize and formulate the team sales work plan and implement it. 2 Business Management: 
2.1 be responsible for the personal performance progress of the team and health consultants, supervise and guide the personnel with low target achievement rate to analyze the reasons and formulate improvement plans; 
2.2 according to the customer allocation, visit customers and promote sales, at the same time of achieving the team's sales target, achieve the individual's task target; 
2.3 according to the company's sales policy, review and approve the sales consultant's order contract; 
2.4 regularly review and check the achievement of the team's target, adjust the sales strategy and internal resource allocation according to the actual situation; 
2.5 coordinate and handle the abnormal situation of health consultants during the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure the smooth execution of orders. 
3 Customer Management:
3.1 assist health consultants to sort out key customers, strengthen the management of key customers and maintain customer relationship; 
3.2 develop new customers in a planned way to promote sales growth according to business development plan. 
4 team management: 
4.1 be responsible for managing the manpower planning of the team, and examine and select the personnel to be allocated, as well as the next 
4.2 be responsible for reviewing the direct subordinate work plan, guiding and supervising the implementation. 
5 Budget Management: according to the sales director's decomposition of the proportion of marketing expenses, control the marketing expenses of their own sales team. 
6 Business Learning: 
6.1 actively participate in the professional learning and business training organized by subsidiaries, and improve personal sales skills and team management skills; 
6.2 supervise the learning of professional knowledge and sales skills of lower-level health consultants, improve the overall team capabilities. 
7 temporary work: be responsible for completing other temporary work arranged by superior leaders.
