2 业务管理:
2.1负责团队及健康顾问个人业绩进度,督促、辅导目标达成率低的人员分析原因,制定改进方案;
2.2根据客户分配,拜访客户,促成销售,在达成团队销售目标的同时达成个人承担的任务目标;
2.3根据公司销售政策,审核、审定销售顾问的订单合同;
2.4定期回顾检查团队目标达成情况,根据实际情况调整销售策略及内部资源配置;
2.5协调处理健康顾问在客户订单履行过程中发生异常情况,保障订单顺畅执行。
3 客户管理:
3.1协助健康顾问梳理重点客户,加强重点客户的管理和客情维护;
3.2根据业务发展规划,有计划地开发新客户,促进销售增长。
4 团队管理:
4.1负责管理团队的人力规划,并对拟配置人员进行考核选拔以及对下
